MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio -- The Costco staff reported Oct. 18 that three teens were selling candy outside the business and refused to leave after being asked to do so several times.
Responding officers located and identified one Cleveland boy, 14, outside the store and a man, 18, who had briefly fled from officers into the store.
